One of the oldest, still standing, farmhouses in Tennessee
Our story begins in the 1700s, when our ancestors left Northern Ireland and settled in what is now Eastern Tennessee. They farmed the land, some 400 acres of rolling hills and fertile soil, living off its bounty and learning to respect the rhythms of the seasons. For generations, our family has carried forward that same love for the land, taking its natural gifts and folding them into our daily lives. Today, that tradition continues in every product we bake, connecting the heritage of our past with the flavors of Tennessee Sourdough.
